Portraiture and Street Photography

Self photography has always been one of my favorite mediums of two dimensional art. Being able to communicate my own emotions in such a powerful way through photos helps not only myself but I believe people will be able to take my photos and interpret them in their own ways and apply them to their own lives and situations. Beyond that, I love to take street photography, especially in foreign countries such as Korea and Hiroshima, Japan. There are so many people with such amazing stories. You can see someone's pain in the lines around their eyes or their happiness in the wrinkles around their mouth from years of smiles. In kids, you can see the wonder in their eyes and you can almost see the way they view the world through them. I hope you enjoy this series.
