Urban Decay Series
I started this series because my photography teacher has been pushing us to do concentrated shoots based off of the parts of life we most enjoy. One of my favorite things as both a person and as a photographer is to go out and find things that other people have overlooked, that's how this series was born. I think the majority of my work includes vintage elements so to be able to focus purely on older, decaying things has been enlightening. Also, everything documented has been from the Midwest which is very important to me personally. These things are walked past every day and have been for centuries without notice, I just decided to give them one last time to shine.

Empecé esta serie porque mi profesor de fotografía nos ha estado presionando para hacer brotes concentrados con sede fuera de las partes de la vida que más nos gusta . Una de mis cosas favoritas tanto como persona y como un fotógrafo es salir y encontrar cosas que otras personas han pasado por alto , así es como nació esta serie . Creo que la mayor parte de mi trabajo incluye elementos de la vendimia de modo que sean capaces de centrarse exclusivamente en los más antiguos , la decadencia de las cosas ha sido esclarecedor . Además, todo ha sido documentada desde el Medio Oeste , que es muy importante para mí personalmente . Estas cosas se pasaron por delante todos los días y han sido durante siglos sin previo aviso , sólo decidieron darles una última hora de brillar .
